Finally, unlike other services, you are not assigned a delivery time. Your doorman simply holds onto your order in the building’s package room until you are ready to bring it upstairs to your apartment. |

PRICING
Each item for sale has been carefully and constantly researched for a “Costco” price and the “Average New York City” price for the exact same item but with Costco-sized bulk packing. For instance, Charmin costs $18.99 at Costco for 30 rolls. If you were to purchase 30 rolls in New York City, on average, the price would be $42.68. We split the savings with you. You pay $30.84 and save $11.85. The Average New York City price is derived from real prices at Fresh Direct, Fairway, Citarella, Gristedes, D’Agostino’s, Food Emporium, Whole Foods, Duane Reade™, CVS, Staples, Petco, and Diapers.com. For Fruits and Vegetables, we offer an even better deal. We price these items at a 60% discount over the average of New York City stores and other home delivery services. And, you will be amazed at the quality and freshness of Costco’s Fruits and Vegetables.

ORDERING
After you select your items for purchase, you pay Big Box Deliveries through Paypal. We strongly suggest that you set up a Paypal account before you start ordering items to ensure the most efficient check out process. You have a unique account that stores your delivery information and past order history. Orders must be placed by 11 PM for next day delivery. We deliver Monday through Friday. |

CUSTOMER
You must live in a doorman building in our Manhattan delivery zones, on the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Chelsea, Battery Park, and Tribeca. A doorman building is required so that the delivery can be received without your having to be at home. Businesses throughout Manhattan are welcome. Your order must be large enough to generate at least $40 in savings. Finally, you do not need to pay the $50-100 annual membership fee to Costco. |

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
PACKAGING
Unlike all of our competitors, we do not use any new shopping bags or new cardboard boxes for deliveries. We “package” items for delivery in empty boxes from Costco. Also, bulkier items mean less packaging materials. One 90 ounce container of Palmolive uses a lot less plastic than two 45 ounce containers. |
